Edmonton Humane Society
The Edmonton Humane Society, and it's dog rescue and adoption program, enriches the lives of people and companion animals through animal sheltering, programs and services, and community engagement. In 2016, the Edmonton Humane Society took in over 9,000 homeless, neglected and abused companion animals and with your help we are able to continue saving animals lives.
The Leash Team participates annually in the Edmonton Humane Societies signature fundraising event...Pets in the Park, which is a really fun day at the park when your dogs are welcome. Tons of interesting exhibitors capped off with a 5 km run or a 2.5 km walk. The event will take place next summer at William Hawrelak Park.
